XYVELXYVEL Brief: terms of use

Scope
These terms govern the use of the XYVEL Brief Chrome extension, published by XYVEL, Switzerland, and of the XYVEL Brief Pro subscription. By installing the extension or subscribing to Pro, you accept them.
Free plan
Features computed on your device are free, without an account and without volume limits. XYVEL may evolve the extension and reserves the right to withdraw a free feature in case of technical or legal constraint, announcing it in the store listing.
Account
An account, identified by an e-mail address and a one-time sign-in code, is only required for Pro. You are responsible for access to your mailbox. At most five devices can be signed in at once; signing out revokes the device.
Pro subscription
XYVEL Brief Pro costs 7.90 Swiss francs per month. It gives access to the features served by XYVEL's servers, starting with price comparison, within fair use (50 comparisons per day as of this version). The price may change for future periods; you will be informed at least thirty days in advance.
Payment and renewal
Payment is handled by Stripe, by card or TWINT. The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. If a payment fails, Pro access is kept for three days to allow regularization, then suspended.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal (Settings, Account, Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; started periods are not refunded. XYVEL may terminate a subscription in case of manifest abuse, with a pro rata refund.
Price comparison
Displayed prices are read automatically from the stores' pages at the time of the request or within the previous 24 hours. They are indicative, exclude shipping, and may differ from the price actually charged. XYVEL is not a party to any sale between you and a store.
Availability
XYVEL strives to keep the Pro service continuously available, without guaranteeing it. A prolonged outage of one month or more entitles you, on request, to a pro rata refund for the period concerned.
Trip planner
The trip planner (xyvel.ch/brief/trip) builds a programme from prices read at the time of the request on the named sites, in your currency: these prices are indicative, can change, and only the seller's site is authoritative, where the booking is made under its own terms. The programme is produced by an artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions: check times, formalities and prices before any purchase. XYVEL is neither a travel agency nor a package travel organiser, sells no ticket or stay and is not a party to any contract with a carrier, hotel or provider. Use is subject to the monthly quotas shown in the application; the service may be paused temporarily if the overall usage ceiling is reached. Third-party sites read at your request have their own terms. XYVEL may earn an affiliate commission on bookings made through its links, at no extra cost to you.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions, the courts at XYVEL's registered seat have jurisdiction.
