Yes. Every flight and every hotel in the programme opens, in one click, the seller's booking page on the exact offer: same flight, same room, same dates. Activities, transfers and restaurants link to their seller. XYVEL sells nothing itself.

The programme shows the price read at the time indicated. The booking page reads the offer again when you click and shows today's price: a rate can change between the two, up or down. Reopen the programme to have its prices read again. If you are a subscriber and the page shows the public price, sign in to XYVEL Trip on this device, then click again from the programme.

XYVEL Trip Pro subscribers see and pay a members' rate on hotels; other accounts see the public price. In a programme at the public price, each hotel's members' rate is shown under its price. It applies automatically, with no code and nothing to do.

The price shown is the one you pay when booking, taxes included. Fees payable at the hotel, such as a city tax, are shown separately under the hotel as an estimate (the hotel collects them itself, sometimes in its own currency) and counted in the programme's total.

With the seller, on its booking page: the seller takes payment, confirms, changes, cancels and refunds. XYVEL prepares the programme and takes you there. The seller's name and contact details are on its page and in your confirmation.

Under the terms of the offer, shown under each hotel and each flight in the programme: free cancellation until a given date, or non-refundable. The request goes to the seller, from its page or the contact in your confirmation.

The seller named in your confirmation e-mail: only the seller can change, cancel or refund it. For a question about the programme or your subscription, write to contact@xyvel.ch.

Every price comes from an official source or a partner. It is shown either as checked, with the time of the check, or as estimated, with the date it was read; we credit the source wherever its licence asks for it. No price is guaranteed: you check and book with the seller, whose site alone is authoritative.

Yes, with a sentence in the conversation: swap a hotel, move a day, add a visit. Each exchange keeps its version, and you can go back to an earlier one.

Yes. The programme stays in your account for thirty days after your last activity, and each opening extends that period. You can also export it as a file that opens without an account and can be shared; its links open the public prices.

Yes, anywhere in the world, in French, English, German or Italian, with prices in your currency. Where no source gives a checked price, the price is shown as estimated, and said to be so.

Yes: a discovery programme, with no bank card. What it includes and what the subscription adds are described on the Pricing page, which alone is authoritative.

From your account menu, “Manage subscription”. Access stays open until the end of the period already paid. Your programmes stay in your account under the rule above; when opened, their hotels switch to the public price.

No. The trip planner works in your browser, on desktop and on phone. An account, with your e-mail and a code received by e-mail, is all you need.

What you write is processed by XYVEL and by the artificial intelligence service that writes the programme, without your e-mail. You delete your account and everything in it from the account menu; an account with no sign-in for twenty-four months is deleted. Details are in the privacy policy.
