Site publisher

xyvel.ch is published by XYVEL, sole proprietorship, Chemin des Clos 13, 1020 Renens, Switzerland. Contact: contact@xyvel.ch.

Hosting

The site is hosted by an international cloud provider. The application server and the database are hosted in the European Union.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, visual identity, the software presented) is protected. The XYVEL name and the names of its activities may not be reused without written permission.

Personal data

This site sets a single cookie, which remembers the chosen language, and no measurement cookie. The XYVEL Trip pages count their visits as anonymous daily totals, with no identifier and no IP address kept for this count; the XYVEL Trip privacy policy gives the details. Messages sent to contact@xyvel.ch are used only to answer them and are passed on to no one.

Outbound links

Links to XYVEL activity sites point to domains published by the same company. XYVEL is not responsible for the content of third-party sites reachable from these pages.

Terms of use of the products

XYVEL is a single company publishing several products, each with its own terms. Paid products go through the same account with our payment provider, whose payment page links here: choose the product that concerns you.

Privacy policies of the products

Each product describes the data it processes, its processors and your rights. This site itself sets a single cookie, which remembers the chosen language, and no measurement cookie; its XYVEL Trip pages count visits as anonymous daily totals, with no identifier (details in the XYVEL Trip policy). For XYVEL Trip, a Pro subscriber who clicks a booking link may, once informed, open a session in their name with the seller (e-mail, first name, technical identifier, language, currency); that seller, established in Ireland, is not a processor for XYVEL: it answers for that account itself, under its own privacy policy. Details are in the XYVEL Trip policy.

Sources and licences

XYVEL Trip builds every programme from official and partner sources. This section carries the credits their licences ask for, with a link to each. Credits that must accompany the content appear under the programme itself.

City photos

  • Wikimedia Commons · photos of the cities where you sleep, three at most, chosen among freely licensed images; where its licence requires it, each photo carries its author's name and its licence, and the full list of a programme's photos, each linked to its file page, sits under the programme. xyvel.ch serves the images itself: your browser does not contact Wikimedia unless you open the link to a file's page.

Partner links

Some booking links are partner links: XYVEL may earn a commission when you book through them. This changes neither the price you pay nor the order in which options are shown.

Car rental: XYVEL is an affiliate of Discover Car Hire AS.
